You may not copy, reproduce, upload, post, transmit, or distribute, copy, any part of the contents placed on the site other than individual viewing of the Site. You may download or print one copy of some or all of the downloadable contents displayed on the Site, for personal non-commercial home use only, but only if you keep intact all copyright and other notices contained in the contents. Any modification of the contents or use of the contents, for any other purpose will violate copyright and other proprietary rights. Nothing contained on the SJS intends to grant an implied or express license or right to use anything contained on the Site except as expressly set forth in these Terms of Use. Any other use of studentjobseekers.com is strictly prohibited.

E-volve publishing has no control over, and is not responsible for, the terms of use, privacy policy, or content of any sites that may be linked to this Site. Those links are provided for your convenience only.

3) Submissions - granting a license to E-volve Publishing

If you have some proprietary rights in something that you submit (by posting to a forum or otherwise) to the Site, by making the submission, you grant to studentjobseekers.com free of charge an unconditional, royalty-free and non-exclusive license to use, copy, modify, publicly display, publicly perform, adapt, and distribute your submission in any manner and in any medium forever and throughout the internet.

4) Job Posting and Submission -- what studentjobseekers.com prohibits

You are not allowed to submit to the Site anything that:
a) is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, an invasion of privacy, or that you intend to inflict emotional distress
b) advocates or facilitates a violation of any law, or that is itself illegal to communicate or transmit
c) infringes any proprietary right of any person, such as copyright, trademark, trade name, patent right, or trade secret
d) violates an order of a court or governmental agency
e) transmits "spam," "junk mail," or "pyramid schemes"
5) Submissions – monitoring
Any interactive areas of the sites may not be moderated by studentjobseekrs.com. we do not read or otherwise monitor every posting or submission made. We reserve the sole discretion to remove, edit, or refuse to allow a posting or submission for any reason or for no reason, and has no duty to explain why it has removed or refused to allow a posting or submission.

6) Termination or suspension of your access and postings

Payment of Services and upon Termination of Service Agreement. If at any time during the course of this Agreement you should terminate a Service Agreement in which these Terms and Conditions have been incorporated by reference or we have initiated this in violation to our terms of use and or policies, studentjobseekers.com reserves the right to receive and keep all payments. It is SJS sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your access to any interactive area of the Site (for making postings and or submissions) for any reason or for no reason. We have no duty to explain why it has terminated or suspended that access.

7) Allocation of Responsibility

a) Allocation of Responsibility studentjobseekers.com assumes no responsibility for Documents posted by its Users and assumes no responsibility for the activities, omissions or other conduct of Users. Studentjobseekers.com acts as a portal for the online distribution and publication of User submitted information and has no obligation to screen communications or information in advance and is not responsible for screening or monitoring Documents posted by Users. If notified by a User of a Document which allegedly does not conform to this agreement, studentjobseekers.com may investigate the allegation and determine in good faith and in its sole discretion whether to remove or request the removal of such Document. Studentjobseekers.com has no liability or responsibility to Users for performance or nonperformance of such activities. SJS may take any action with respect to User submitted information that it deems necessary or appropriate, in its sole discretion.

b) No Warranties or No Guaranty of Results. Studentjobseekers.com is not an employment agency or a recruiting firm, and makes no representations or guarantees regarding the effectiveness or timeliness of the Site in meeting the employment objectives of Users. We do not guarantee that Documents posted by Users will result in candidates being hired or positions being filled, and is not responsible for any employment decisions, for whatever reason made, made by any User.

8) Governing Law; Severability; Entire Agreement

By using studentjobseekers.com, you consent to be subject to the territorial jurisdiction of the courts of Rhode Island or the United States District Court for Rhode Island. You also agree that Rhode Island and, if applicable, federal law will govern the interpretation of these terms of use and the existence of your agreement to them. If any portion of these terms of use is held to be invalid, you agree that such invalidity is not intended to affect any other portion of these terms.
